The team at Harwel Lifts have been incredibly accommodating and professional throughout all stages of the process. My wife and I were able to take a workshop tour before purchasing our lift to see the lifts being built as well as showing us all the available finishes and accessories. Peter and the team were prompt with any email correspondence and were quick to hand when our lift design changed dimensions.

The install team were on time and completed their tasks without any hassle whilst working on with other tradespeople. They were flexible when they were able to return to compete any outstanding works.

All in all, a pleasurable experience all round.
